The Aetherian Cycle
Ras the Burning
Raas the Burning:
Worshiped mostly by the Sun Clan Elves, Raas is believed to be the physical aspect of the sun and the leader of the gods of the skies. Raas is known as the burning, filled with brazen glory and righteousness at a level no mortal could hope to reach. He is thought to be the beginning of all things, creator of not just Aether, but all life and existence. Worshipers believe Raas watches over Aether and rises and sets within the vision of mortals in an effort to guide them, making him also the creator of perceived time. The other gods under Raas, the lesser gods, are rarely revered and seen as underlings working toward the goals of Raas.
